Are you tired of waiting for answers from within yourself?
Are you pulled in different directions?
Do you feel one thing and d0 another?
Think one thing and say another?
How would you really like to be? What would it take?
We are living in a time of emotional, psychological and physical trauma. Not a day passes when we don’t read or hear something in the news, have something happen to a family member or a neighbor, or experience something ourselves that is traumatizing. And rarely can one person experience a trauma without someone else also being affected—a spouse, a child, a family, a community, or even a country.
Until recently, there was little that could be done to help people heal and move on with their lives in a normal way. Now, however, new discoveries and understandings from the fields of neuroscience, medicine, psychology, body/mind study, and spirituality offer promise for helping people.
The Now Technique (TNT) combines understandings from these fields into a simple, non-invasive, and non-threatening approach that yields positive, long-lasting results. Few other techniques integrate research about the mind, the brain, the body, the heart, and the interpersonal environment as elegantly and seamlessly as does The Now Technique.
TNT has wide applicability for use by medical and mental health professionals, educators, first responders, substance abuse and other addiction counselors, and people who are interested in resolving their own traumas or in pursuing a path of personal growth.
Taking a TNT course, whether for the general public or for a specialty group, allows attendees to learn a skill set which they can practice themselves or use to help a patient or client. The basic principles and processes involved in TNT may be learned either within a group workshop context or on a one-to-one basis. Specialty workshops will soon be available to train the psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, addictions counselor, educator, paramedic and other first responders.
The Now Technique is a dynamic inquiry into all the parts of your life where you feel stuck and confused, a meditation in movement connecting your body, heart and brain, and an enlightening dialogue with yourself.
- It reestablishes the fundamental rhythm for the harmonious experience of human life.
- It takes you by the hand into the Here and Now.
“I can feel the happiness, see the laughter, the togetherness. It is bringing my self into the present.”
